What We Manufacture

Four production lines, one closed loop.

Every component a fluid sample touches is engineered, moulded, conditioned, and packaged inside one Fluid Science facility. No broken chain of custody between the resin pellet and the analytical lab.

German Injection Moulding

Arburg Allrounder Comfort A. All-electric, hydraulic-free. Eliminates oil leak risk at the press itself. Sub-millimetre repeatability via Gestica controllers.

02 / Stretch Blow

Aoki Single-Stage ISBM

Japanese injection stretch blow moulding. Preform and bottle produced in one cycle. Crystal-clear Hot Process PET containers with no parison contact contamination.

03 / Hot Process

Specialised Hot Process

Our specialised Hot Process line conditions polymers to survive hot fluid extraction at sampling temperature. In-line capping locks atmospheric purity into the bottle the moment it's formed.

04 / Packaging

In-House Print & CNC

HP Latex large-format printing and our digital CNC box cutter bring kit boxes, custom branding, and field-sample mailers in-house. No tooling cost. No vendor lead time.

Why Sample Plastics Matter

In sampling, bottle cleanliness is the result.

A fluid sample carries the entire health record of a multi-million-dollar asset: engines, turbines, gearboxes, hydraulic systems. The moment that sample enters a bottle, every wear-metal reading, viscosity result, and contamination flag depends on the integrity of the plastic surrounding it.

Hydrocarbon residues in cheap blown bottles. Particulate fall-in from open-air, unmitigated moulding. Plasticiser leaching at sampling temperature. Any of these can cause significant contamination of the lab results before the fluid is even drawn. Fluid Science exists to eliminate every one of them.

All-electric Arburg Allrounder Comfort A machinery. No hydraulic oil leaks, no aerosolised lubricants. Gestica controllers with Fill Assist run a real-time digital twin of every injection cycle, holding shot mass inside ±0.01 g for dimensionally identical bottles, vials, and closures.

Atmospheric Integrity

ALMiG LENTO water-injected oil-free screw compressor, certified to ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 0. Water injection naturally scrubs incoming dust at the source; both injection and blow-moulding stations run on the same clean-air supply.

Structural Resilience

Aoki ISBM plus the specialised Hot Process conditions polymers to survive hot-oil extraction. In-line capping seals each bottle immediately on production.
